fa طراحی الگوی سرمایه مسیر شغلی در حرفه حسابرسی با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری ـ تفسیری حسابرسی Auditing كاربردي Applicable سرمایه مسیر شغلی تصویری از یک انسان رشد یافته را نشان می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>دهد که از آمادگی لازم برای انجام وظایف یک شغل برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل سرمایه مسیر شغلی در حرفه حسابرسی با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش بر پایه پژوهش های آمیخته و به صورت کیفی و کمی در پارادایم قیاسی ـ استقرایی است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران و خبرگان حوزه حرفه حسابرسی(شامل: مدیران مؤسسات حسابرسی معتمد بورس و اوراق بهادار، مدیران سازمان حسابرسی و استادان حسابرسی) تشکیل می&shy;دهند که براساس روش نمونه&shy;گیری هدفمند 24 نفر از آنها انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته است که روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب با استفاده از ضریب <span dir="LTR">CVR</span> و آزمون کاپای ـ کوهن مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. همچنین در بخش کمی پژوهش ابزار گرآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه که روایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از روایی محتوا و آزمون مجدد مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. لازم به ذکر است که داده های بدست آمده در بخش کیفی، از طریق نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">Atlas.ti</span> و روش کدگذاری تحلیل شد. از طرفی در بخش کمی پژوهش نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار مطلب (<span dir="LTR">Matlab</span>) و رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری مدل نهایی پژوهش تدوین و ارائه شد. نتایج پژوهش در برگیرنده شاخص ها و مؤلفه های سرمایه مسیر شغلی و ارائه مدل سرمایه مسیر شغلی در حرفه حسابرسی است. به این ترتیب، یافته های پژوهش مشتمل بر شناسایی پانزده شاخص سرمایه مسیر شغلی که در چهار سطح و در قالب مدل نهایی تشریح شده است.<br> &nbsp; Career Capital presents a picture of a grown man who is well-prepared to perform the duties of a job. The purpose of this study was to design a model of career path in audit profession using interpretive structural approach. This research is based on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research in the deductive-inductive paradigm that is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers and experts in the field of auditing profession (including: managers of trusted audit firms and securities, managers of auditing organization and accounting professors) that Based on purposeful sampling, 24 of them were selected. In the qualitative part, the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview whose validity and reliability were tested by CVR coefficient and Kappa-Cohen test, respectively. Also in the quantitative research part of the questionnaire data gathering tool the validity and reliability of which was assessed by content validity and test-retest. It should be noted that the data obtained in the qualitative section were analyzed through Atlas.ti software and coding method. On the other hand, in the quantitative part of the research, Matlab software and interpretive structural approach of the final model of research were developed and presented. The research results include indicators and components of career path capital and provide a model of career path capital in the audit profession.
