| The main goal of the current research is to develop a model for predicting stock price changes based on the re-presentation of elements of financial statements in a company admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. This research has been done in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, with the help of the fuzzy Delphi method, indicators were identified and screened. Then, in the quantitative section, the final model was designed with the help of ISM method. At the end of the first part, 40 indicators were removed from the second round of the Delphi method. The mentioned indicators were classified in the interpretive structural method in the form of a model consisting of 12 levels. The most effective index in the book value to stock market value ratio model and the most effective indicators include stock price changes, restatements due to changes in assets, restatements due to changes in equity, restatements due to changes in operating income, etc. The additional findings of the research with the help of Mic-Mc analysis showed that the re-presentation caused by the change in equity and return on equity are independent and autonomous variables of the research. |
