The main goal of this research is to explain the dimensions and details necessary to benefit from government technology (Govtech) to bring about transformation in public finance. In order to synergize and share ideas with specialists about the dimensions and details necessary to benefit from government technology (Govtech) to create transformation in public finance, the focus group method was used. The number of focal group members was 10 people, all of whom were professors of fields related to government technology and public finance (professors of economics, management, public sector accounting, and information technology were used). After holding 5 focus group meetings, the final results of the research showed that in order to benefit from government technology (Govtech) to create transformation in public finance, it is necessary to base solutions on three key pillars. First, digital solutions should be functional, which means how to use digital solutions to support the business process, automate and redesign it. The second pillar is actually the IT architecture pillar, which is related to essential features of the core technology, such as cyber security considerations. The third pillar is the pillar of governance and management, which includes legal and institutional aspects that should help the maximum use of technology.
