The importance of the Constitution as an important national document doubles the need to deal with it from a legal and political point of view. The experience of the last two centuries shows that this concept has unwritten principles and layers that will be visible in practice. This article aims to achieve the legal principles governing the executive system in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran; First, it examines each of the related principles and then explains and interprets them based on religious sources and the content of the aforementioned principles. The basic principles of the constitution in the executive field have determined and divided the country's executive responsibilities with a clear and precise view. The results of this study show that the basic principles in this field are all based on verses and traditions, derived from Islamic sources, and adapted to the structures and conditions of Iran's Islamic society.
