High-ability executives improve the company's level of information transparency; In other words, executive managers, together with a group of experienced managers, lead the company's decisions, which undoubtedly includes decisions about the level of organizational transparency, so based on this argument, the present research uses the generalized least squares approach to investigate the impact of management ability. And managers' bonus is based on the value of small and medium-sized companies. For this purpose, the model of Demarjian et al. (2013) has been used to measure management ability. The findings of the first hypothesis indicate that management ability has an effect on the stock value of small and medium companies. Also, the findings of the second hypothesis indicate that the management bonus is a factor for increasing the stock value of small and medium companies.
